I was bought in to Mix 92.6 located in St Albans to assist the presenter and programming team at the station. We have worked with the station management team delivering a face-off & some feedback / pointers on music scheduling. And we have started working with the presenters, especially the breakfast show team  on some coaching sessions. Helping presenters think about their communication style and work together to deliver a more consistent product across dayparts.
